What if they never open it?
Full refund, no questions asked. If the letter goes unopened, email us and we'll return your payment.
Can I edit the letter after sending?
You can update photos, music, and small text edits for 7 days after sending. Major rewrites are best done as a new letter — the old link keeps working exactly as sent.
How long does the link last?
Forever. The letter is hosted permanently on our servers — no expiry date, no renewal required. If we ever needed to shut down, we'd give a year's notice and an exportable copy.
What payment methods do you take?
